Sanctuary on the Sea is available year round, and we require a stay of at least 4 nights. Rates vary depending on time of year and length of stay, but the basic price schedule is as follows:

Weekly (7 nights)
$4,200.00 - November through April
$4,450.00 - May through June, and October
$4,800.00 - July through September

Stays less than 7 nights (4 night minimum)
$720.00 per night - November through April
$780.00 per night - May through June, and October
$825.00 per night - July through September

Christmas and New Year's weeks
$5,400.00 per week

We require a deposit of $1000.00 US that is fully refundable at the end of your stay. We also provide optional additional services:

• Van Rental ($100.00 US per day (plus gas) with valid driver's license, local use only)
• Meal Service (Cost: $10.00 an hour, price of groceries, plus gratuity)
